6 Week Post-partum Rehab Course

Intentional rehab and reconnection of the breath and function of the structures of your core and pelvic floor is vital to allow for proper healing and progression back to intensity. We will slowly progress movement patterns and strategies to promote healing and gradually regain strength by focusing on quality of movement over quantity, load, and intensity. This program is designed to begin after being cleared by your obstetric provider and/or pelvic floor physical therapist at 6-8 weeks postpartum.
